When other Olympic sports groups are receiving millions, why is so little money being spent on our speedskating team?

US Speedskating has yet to prove its financial solvency. While they do receive recognizable funding, perhaps this has something to do with the amount. I'm looking further into this one. Thanks for the great Q.
